    @lazarus58 older does not mean old. I'm still well within my physical prime. 25-32 is generally the strongest a man will be.

    I don't think anything can be done about this, I just need to get this out somewhere. Been a big boy my entire life. Got up to 240 lbs in college. I got down to 203 in 2019 at 23 y/o and felt and looked great. I went through an incredibly tough time in 2021 and ballooned my weight to 255...

    @crossclinger2014 We cannot asses pain. Only a medical professional can, and only in a clinical setting. You could simply be too fat and putting stress on your joints. You might have something else going on. There's no way for us to know.

    @hum You're gonna get a lot of flak for not having a variant of either squats or deadlifts. Those two would save you some time. Overall, you're fine. The most important thing is that you stick to it, use enough weight to keep the challenge up as you get stronger, and you eat enough.
