    @theremnant Nope, got to do it for yourself. Might be an unpopular opinion but the more things you put in the way, the harder it is to be consistent.

    @messagesoflove Fruit is helping me with this. I been slamming sweets like crazy since I quit drinking. Didn't care at first at all. Now slowly tapering it back with fruit as a replacement
