    @adriana28 Assuming your maintenance is 2000 you would have to eat 16,500 calories to gain fat. I am still shocked about people complaining about normal fluctuations . If you cannot handle the numbers and it is affecting your mood I suggest not wedigjjng yourself. Mental health comes first

    @imalamb You don’t have to change macros but you so have to increase weights to continue progressing although personally I think you look great and wouldn’t change anything

    @eternum Which is why I said 3000 calories minimum. Many Ed recovery books out there recommend this as a MINIMUM so not sure why the downvote. Eating more than enough is essential for full recovery

    @anactualchildofgod When recovering from anorexia some medical docs advice upwards of 3000 calories otherwise you may be eight recovered but will remain ravenous .
