    @albion_from_iowa I feel like most fitness instructors tend to be a bit dry on camera so I don't blame you lol. I think the only fitness program I've done that had an entertaining instructor was P90x. Tony Horton was great!

    It was basically a pound of meat + veggies + rice + bacon + protein. Not that exciting

    @dawn16 I actually thought about going from A to B. But then I remembered its almost all pushing exercises so you'd be doing that 3x a week for 6 months straight. Probably might sneak in an overuse injury :\
