    @rainadavis Absolutely fine. Just don't rush him Here is a video of my 4.5 year old with a 2kg for alternating hand swings. And uses a 4kg as well. He weights 18kg He also does clean and presses when he wants to. Loads of basic exercises he can do that are beneficial . Those weights...

    @hcwewvcw02 I mean I love z presses but it still doesn't make it any tougher for your shoulder. Just the body position. . But definitely do it. It is something that is challenging In several ways.

    @caseydy22 Cant wait to help. Its very good at changing body structure depending on the nutrition you follow. Example you can lose fat if you want but lowering calories or carb cycling or gain mass by pounding food if youre a hard gainer.
