    @abnerpublishing Understand that motivation never stays and that motivation isn’t a requirement to get 💩 done. Discipline. I do like to set goals along the way of this constant journey though.

    @lynnmarie143 I’ve not really done much of her older stuff. Regardless. There are some incredibly strong and lean yogis out there, it’s remiss to say it doesn’t do much for strength. As for body fat , referring back to my initial comment, that’s largely down to diet .

    @servant52 If your lifting was satisfactory and your eating is sorted . You wouldn’t be doing excessive cardio
