    @living4christ560 Gluten intolerance is great for eliminating lots of super processed , hyper palatable foods. Just don’t reach for gf alternatives.

    @williamw I think it depends. Some people do better quality work with less quantity. Some people can maintain that quality with quantity..some people don’t know how to do quality work and so forth

    @cecgreenstein Weight gain will be more related to food intake than cardio. And motivation never hangs around unfortunately, have to rely on discipline. Though perhaps you could find ways to move your body that you enjoy more.

    @godislove614 Do you mean unilateral when you say “symmetric” exercises ? I have no idea what your current routine looks like to have opinion on wether it should have more functional work , whatever functional means to you

    @ecco I’m going to say no to getting the membership. And encourage starting a callisthenics and yoga program you can do anywhere and get your nutrition in check.
