@williamw I think it depends. Some people do better quality work with less quantity. Some people can maintain that quality with quantity..some people don’t know how to do quality work and so forth
@cecgreenstein Weight gain will be more related to food intake than cardio. And motivation never hangs around unfortunately, have to rely on discipline. Though perhaps you could find ways to move your body that you enjoy more.
@tongdtbds3 Because creating a deficit through exercise alone , especially Pilates , is extremely difficult.

@siphosethu If you’re performing the movements well and pushing yourself adequately, who cares about the numbers you can lift. You’re not powerlifting or doing Strongman

I have no idea what your current routine looks like to have opinion on wether it should have more functional work , whatever functional means to you
@ecco I’m going to say no to getting the membership. And encourage starting a callisthenics and yoga program you can do anywhere and get your nutrition in check.
