    @mattyice117 The heart is a muscle too! For me it's hard to keep motivated when I only do the one type of exercise that is just "okay".

My gym offers single introductory classes for beginners. They reserve some equipment and a trainer shows a small group how to use the machines...

    The case for more stretching

    @hmf I work at my very non-ergonomic home office setting and this whole thread has given me the motivation to start stretching. I don't really like it but not stretching is probably the reason why my neck feels so stiff all the time! What kind of stretches do you do?
