    @evachristine I’m so so thankful for my home gym. I can chill with my phone loud and my music playing and walk away from my set up without having to feel guilty for occupying equipment. No shame at all!!

    Is it true a small amount of fat is more visible on petite people?

    @jesusisking1 YES. I “only” gained 5 lbs over the summer and I’ve had to size up half my clothes. Its also very apparent in my face and arms. It’s such a big difference on petites.

    @didyousaysomething How much water do you drink? Do you feel any constipation in addition to bloating? Do you track fiber? How much dark leafy greens do you eat a day?
