    @timothysir Not dumb at all. My issue is that I have a small waist and larger butt/thighs, and it's definitely hard to find proper fitting shorts that don't ride up.

    @polcat Yes! Clamshells (and variations) are a game changer. You really do need to thrust your hips far more forward than you would think. It burns.
