    Fit/active women of Reddit, what’s your weekly exercise routine like?

    @acco340 I usually lift weights 5 times a week and practice yoga 7 days a week. Keeps me sane :)

    @mayne70 yep i just workout cuz it keeps me mentally sane - i dont have a weight in mind...i like getting stronger and my cardio to be good... but i don't measure my food..i do drink protein...recently ran an 8k race with a friend...i practice yoga also but none of it is defined..i have been...
