    @soldier_of_god This isn’t true. If you’re eating and training right, adding cardio as a secondary priority will not impair your gains. You can’t train for a marathon and expect to gain muscle but you can moderately jog, cycle, elliptical, etc., and of course walk all you want.

    @jeffwilly001 I’m about 162cm and that’s a little easier but still too much for me on a serious cut. I don’t even care about muscle retention for the next few months, I have to get the weight off my knees.

    @jeffwilly001 Isn’t the protein recommendation 1g per lean pound bodyweight or 1g per kg bodyweight? I weight 200lbs, it’s almost impossible to eat that much protein on a cut and preserve my sanity😆

    @meow69 I don’t think I’ve heard of this guy, but I avoid most male voices in weightlifting. This is gross as all hell. Being anti-vax is bad enough for me but misogyny will make me want to cut you.

    @q490264 Really? I only barbell deadlift once a week and I consistently overload. Going for a new PR today too for PLATESLAM 2023. I do one leg RDLs on another day in the week, too.

    @steven92 I don’t personally like it, it tastes thick and overly fake to me. I mix plain Greek yogurt with vanilla protein powder and love that.

    What’s your favorite physical activity?

    @g3ntl3w4rri0r I’ve been lifting for over 20yrs and that’s definitely my favorite. I was a college swimmer so that will always have a special place in my heart but I usually only get a chance to do it in the summer. I’m a runner but that’s a love/hate relationship, lol.

    @ledgekay I’d rather not know than get my info from him, personally, but I’ve seen Henry Cavill using bands so I’d say they’re helpful. I don’t really use them myself, I focus more on heavy lifts with progressive overload.

    @hovis “diet is lacking in ways” “binge eating” You’re absolutely not wasting time lifting, if you’re overloading like you mention in another comment. If you want to see changes in your body composition, you’ll need to tighten up your diet.

    Running plan for 8.5mile run?

    @keepitsimple144 You might have a little better luck asking in r/xxrunning. I’m a runner but I’m terrible with tweaking programs. I use Higdon for my plans but have to run 4x a week or I can’t handle adding mileage and I get hurt. Good luck and I’m so sorry for your loss.
