Gym employee hit on me and asked for my number.. do I mention how uncomfortable that makes me to a different manager?

@pompster2 That's for the owner of the facility to decide, once they have the information.

My spin instructor made me cry!

@cepha I can actually see that motivating me. I would tell myself "Of course she doesn't care, she's not the one who has to live in my body!"

    Critique my Routine? (M/W/F)

@oneanswer /r/strongcurves It's a full body routine that starts with dumbells and bodyweight. It's focused on glutes but is pretty good at overall strength. I think you should throw your program away and do this one.

    Critique my Routine? (M/W/F)

Not sure whether to continue cutting, stay at maintenance, or eat at a surplus (progress photos)

@imalamb You look fantastic, but it takes years to gain muscle, especially if you're in a deficit. I would make sure you're on a legit program (check the FAQ/wiki) and eat at maintenance for a couple of months to really focus on fitness(gain) rather than weight(loss).

Strong Curves book promotes a woman who's 5'8 and 115 lbs as clients' "ideal" body. Is the weight estimate just off?

@brenmurt ^ For everyone wondering why she's being downvoted but don't want to click the link, it's about the ecto/endo/mesomorph stuff.
