    @cthelight7 If you want to see faster progress when you lift, you need to build muscle. In order to do that faster you need to grow. So, eat more than maintenance and ideally a high protein diet. Most of us will put on about the same amount of fat as muscle doing this, possibly slightly more...

    @catqueen I find if I don't exercise I don't deal with work stress well at all... exercising 6 days a week is necessary for me to feel human - I think each to her own on this one! x

    @katzby23 I lost mine this Feb, I'm guessing I was approx 16%BF... not sure if I should worry or not: life is much more pleasant without it

    Down to the last few pounds. 1200 calories made me feel like crap, but not losing weight if I ate any higher. Advice please?

    @inquirer2016 If you didn't gain any weight and you were eating over 2000 cals a day at least once a week... and you are only guessing what you ate... well... seems you need to be stricter with a diet at a higher cal. I'd aim if I were you at 1700 max - and trying to hit 1500 on most days...
