    @outsideisbetter I def need to lose actual weight, not just size. But I am trying to gain at least a little muscle at the same time to hopefully burn fat.

    @rodneys Wow okay. I do workout but I have a desk job too and on another sub a bunch of people told me I should use sedentary when calculating TDEE.

    @ivry321 Haha yep, I feel you. Hubby is 6’1 with a great metabolism and eats pretty much whatever he wants whenever he wants. It’s very annoying 😂

    @dawn16 Ugh, right? Bad enough I can never reach anything on the top shelves of my cabinets now I can’t even eat. Guess I should store all good snacks on the top shelves 😜
