@gineke 3 days full body, 1 day legs only.
For my full body: 4 sets of 2 FL exercises, 8 sets of wall HSPU, 4-5 sets of weighted pullups or OAP assisted trainings, 4 sets of weighted dips, barbell curls, triceps extension, pushups.
For legs, I do barbell squats and barbell lunges.
