    @hunter101 I just finished a first run of DFW, and even though the press and squats are the 'focus' of the program, I loved how many cleans it made me do! Really gave me a lot of practice with those. I don't know why, but double cleans just feel badass.

    @youngman4god Remember that it's asking for your Press 10rm, not your C&P 10rm, so maybe your press RM is a little more than 6 or 7. To increase your 10rm maybe run DFW without the squats? Or just run original Giant first using push presses.

    @snowlucario Nice targets. I think I'd stand a chance at goal #2 at the moment. 3,4 and 5 are a fair way off though, but they're a good series of milestones to aim for. Thanks for sharing this.
