@cnnsdc63 Male, 175cm, 72kg. I was skinny fat when i started so I was on maintenance since I had a lot of fat. I still have some fat left. I’d say about 17%
So i,ve been in the gym for about a year. My problem is that I don’t know why I don’t grow or get stronger. I eat good and have 2 g of protein/kg a day. Now i think it is because of my workout plan. What do y’all think?
