    @john3344k There's nothing better then finding that form issue and then fixing it. You're able to do the excercise without having to worry about improper form, knowing you're doing it right

    @iahawkette No problem, 100 in a day is impressive. I might start with 50 a day and split it up throughout the day as atm I'm only doing 6-8 in a set.

    @scoshar Go for it! Don't be discouraged if you can't do one though, I had to start off doing knee pushups and progressed to standard ones.

    @selica02 Makes sure you are contracting your legs, glutes and especially your core. I had the same issue as you and doing this fixed it.
