    @newmusicfan That’s a fact. Non vegetarian diet is superior on many levels compared to vegetarian diets. It also has its own drawbacks but not that many. Even simple eggs in a veg diet make a big difference.

    @newmusicfan Yes those too contain these antinutrients, surely it’s a lot more processed so the amount is reduced. But it’s better to go with pea + brown rice blend.

    @redcrambler Bioavailability is excellent. It’s just milk without fat. 100gm is like 1 litre milk in powder form. At once I consumed 40 grams. In the whole day, I had 120 grams(40g 3x a day[edit])

    I might also have a high protein option 30-35 grams, 330 calories ₹40/60 Nothing new, just not that commonly used in diets. I am trying it myself first for now. Will share it if there are no negatives

    @katvan1969 Bhai Punjab Sindh and Farm Connect name k brand h in Bangalore and souther parts of India me they provide low fat paneer. If you’re from that area you may try that. Otherwise, just take an extra scoop of whey.

    @suzann No need to do front raises separately, your front delts get enough stimulus in every push movement, be it horizontal or vertical.

    @mixster90 You are thinking in the right direction OP. Joining a Gym would be your best bet. Join a nearby gym and workout at least 4 times a week, continue with the walks as it is. Your focus at the gym should be strength training, do not waste your time doing cycle, treadmill, jumping jacks...
