    @dawn16 175 is a very big sample size. Most of those pubmed studies that are cited everywhere have like 50-60 participants.

    @vlc If you choose a decent split like upper body 3x a week and lower body 2x a week, the workouts would be 60-90 minutes long. Also, you can pair upper body and lower body exercises in a push-pull or full body split them save time.

    @this_dot In my opinion, the only evidence is personal experience. It doesn't matter what the studies say, I always perform better when I train fasted.
