[Conversation!] This girl does awesome moves in the weightroom :D Also, tips for muscle up?

I'm so inspired! Also, looks like she would swing into the musle-up (around the 2 minute up). Never tried doing the muscle up with swinging motion. Maybe I'll try that next time! Also, if you have muscle up tips, I want to know!

For years I've told myself I'd lose that 10 lbs. I'm generally healthy and moderately active, but have been having trouble tracking how much I really eat... I logged my food intake on and off with MFP, but it's been challenging with 1200. At some point last year I measured 128lbs, (SO CLOSEEE)...

[CONVERSATION] Here's how to start if you are an absolute noob!

@dawn16 Thank you! Hope this works for you, 'cause I find myself switching around too much before I build any momentum... If I was starting out again, this guide I just wrote is what I wish I had seen. God knows the gigabites of my poor iPhone 4s that went towards those fitness apps, which I...

[CONVERSATION] Here's how to start if you are an absolute noob!

@kleodug Thanks! I will eventually change the stretch time to 60 sec. For now, honestly, 30 sec keeps me going alright because it's short enough that I don't get angsty... I'm terribly impatient and I'm training myself on extending my stretches for longer. I think I will start the stretching...

[CONVERSATION] Here's how to start if you are an absolute noob!

@gbailey I did that around week 3-5ish, but recently the SL5x5 weights put me out of commission and I really savor the actual rest times.

[CONVERSATION] Here's how to start if you are an absolute noob!

@gbailey I start with generic warmup, then finish with starting stretching routine. It's more for my comfort at the end of routine rather than feeling for a difference 'cause like you, I don't really feel any haha

[CONVERSATION] Here's how to start if you are an absolute noob!

TL;DR- Don't know how to start? Download the first three apps and GO! DISCLAIMER: this consolidated list is absolutely just my experience & opinion. I'm relatively fit, but also a piece of lazyass with the attention span of a hamster. A 1-2-3 write up like this would've gotten me consistent...
