    @lutescent I agree. And I'll say this again - I feel the Games should have a slight bias towards strength and lifting ability. There are a ton of people who can run, swim, bike, and sprint very well. There are not a ton of people who can do those things while maintaining extraordinary body...

    @dannqanes Double grace is just stupid. It's like Crossfit is intentionally giving the middle finger to everyone who (rightfully) questions the impact of such high volume exercise on the human body. That being said, Rich is going to destroy this. No way he finishes below 2nd or 3rd on this event.

    @dannqanes It's amusing how Castro is expecting people to freak out when he tells them they're doing double grace, and they general reaction just seems to be, "Oh, ok." Honestly the rope climb/OHS/double grace is a pretty big let-down for a final event.
