    @jimjam Assuming you’re doing hypertrophy focused training sessions a more important measurement is the amount of working sets (not warmups) you’re doing per muscle group, per week.

    @jimjam Generally speaking women and men can do the same exercise regimes. There are too many variables to take into account to make the claim that a certain split is good or bad without further discussion however.
