    @dawn16 So you use the barbells for strength and the bells mostly for conditioning? Wonder if anyone here has a high level of strength solely from kettlebells.

    I’m curious roughly what % of the community here trains kettlebells as the only implement vs. the number that trains kettlebells in addition to barbells. Also, do most of you guys see kettlebells as a complete training tool or more of a supplemental tool to add to heavier barbell lifting?
