    @angelica009 Very interesting results. A few questions: What's your general level/years of experience? Were you on a bulk, cut, or maintenance during this phase? Starting weight and end weight, bf%? Any modification to reps such as slow eccentric, paused, slow concentric, or just reps as normal?
