    @angie032386 Scaling is your friend. I can do about half the workouts Rx or even portions of a workout Rx. I do what I can to push myself everyday. That’s all that matters.     How do you know when not to do a second crossfit workout in the same day?

    @sadkitty Sometimes, if when I’m gearing up for a local competition, I’ve done my normal CrossFit class and come in later and work on conditioning or a competition WOD.
