• Injury/Pain - but generally I will still go to the gym, I'll just avoid anything that involves the source of the pain.
@prayersword Full Time Job + Side Gig + 2 Kids = I have to start my work outs at 830-9pm at night even though I've still gotta wake up at 540am. I steal away and get workouts in any chance I get, but it's usually a late at night thing.
@breezer Pop a 500mg Niacin if you just want to feel like there's fire ants all over your body.
I used to pop a caffeine pill into water, add some creatine, and let it all dissolve. That was enough for me.
@benzohar Its not shit, but its not really well optimized. In my opinion, it seems like there’s a lot of doubling up and the isolation movements/machines don’t show up much besides maybe leg day. It just sort of looks like a workout some gym goer who’s been lifting for 1 year might come up with...
