    @dawn16 These are the weights my body just adapted to after this type of intensity and I also eat a shit ton. I’m not really getting any stronger or bigger and I’m cool with that. My goal when I started was to actually be 200lbs but at 6’3” I got a little bigger than I thought

    @vasily I appreciate your opinion but this is what works for me personally, and I’ve never felt better. I also have the time to do this sort of work out being self employed, which makes a huge difference in diet and rest.

    @glowing I’m self employed, so I don’t have the same kind of schedule as a 9-5, I just work what I need to work and can focus on eating whenever I want and sleeping plenty. I could never do this on a 9-5

    @mormondave My abs are okay, I just do a lot of compounds which incorporates them and I’m also gassed at the end of this workout so I don’t put a huge focus on them. However, I’m very positive that if I did something different with more weight they’d look way better

    @rosemaryn You could honestly pick one workout of each muscle group from this and it would take you about an hour. For me and my body, higher frequency lifts have always worked for me rather than a standard push pull legs split

    @rosemaryn Generally around 2 and a half hours. This is just what works for me personally and I’ve seen the most improvement in my overall life and health. I’m also self employed so it’s manageable in terms of rest and diet.

    @deesweetz I’m self employed which really helps me on recovery days and also gets rid of a lot of regular 9-5 type stress factors. I think that makes the most impact on my recovery and strength gains over the course of 3 years, but I’m also young and pretty tall with a good frame to work with

    @nightfire411 It definitely was easier to track, but I completely understand the time thing. I’m self employed so I can work out whenever it fits into my day, and I also don’t have the same stresses as a typical 9-5 which helps a lot.

    @dolphinsdream Honestly, probably not. I really like the volume and frequency because I feel like I have way more stamina and energy than if I didn’t do all of that.

    @filthmak I put in the work on Saturday to make sure I’m active more days of the week than not. That’s just a personal preference of mine.

    @arisha Lmaoooo i get that. But squats are hands down my favorite exercises of all time for me personally. It gets my whole body warmed up
