@rosersmk Not want to maintain 96kg ... ok to reduce weight. I meant motivation was shape, not the number on the weight scale

@rosersmk Yes. I got a lot to learn Open to put in the work if I know I am going in the right direction. I am working out for a year but have seen some changes but not a lot. Mindset change through CBT and eating better is the first key for me - discussing with another friend too who is...

@dreamharp I am motivated by shape change. Weight loss is not my goal - its a byproduct to my goal. Do things that will change the shape. not interested in weight targets.

@questioner1 Got it. Make sense. So start off mainly with cardio/HIIT to shed weight first and fat foremost - than start weight training to change the shape?

@lanman87 I guess next target is 90kgs with caloric deficit and weight training. And during this time if I want to reduce lower body (thighs and glutes) as you can see in dexa scan picture, anything unusual to be done? 3 times legs a week???

    Took a Dexa Scan before resuming gym [M35 / 96 Kgs / 6'1 ft - 30% body fat, overweight]

@dawn16 Makes sense- what tech or app you use to monitor all this - I want a 24/7 on demand coach which can't be a human as that will be super expensive so an alternative app maybe? I am mainly motivated by shape change. Weight loss is not my goal - its a byproduct to my goal. Do things that...
