    GoRuck: Lessons learned the hard way

    @isaac1995 In this case the variance is 2.5 sizes - it’s outside the norm.

    @fledford Yeah it sounds like there’s likely two things - growing pains associated with the CrossFit sponsorship, and errors in their women’s sizing. Hopefully they get it sorted because their designs seem good.

    GoRuck: Lessons learned the hard way

    @lisa5370 What I’ve just heard back from them (I’m going to update the post once there’s a resolution) is basically they’re aware that there has been a sizing problem with some of their women’s models (or basically how they’re labeling women’s sizes when working off the men’s shoe) and they’re...

    @ocdguy252 You didn’t read the post. It did fit, once my foot swelled in the workout, it didn’t. They specifically advertise that their design accounts for that. I only went to check the label inside the shoe once it happened and can see why there is an error. But I’m not mad at the shoe: I’m...

    @jackiegat Just reread and saw this was for the runners. The issue I had was with the trainers.

    GoRuck: Lessons learned the hard way

    @jnorthey It’s true, but they didn’t provide what they represented is. There’s an error in how they converted male to female sizes. That said, I think a chargeback in my case is highly unlikely. I’m going to take the loss and sell them used. I’m more frustrated that they don’t answer their...

    @rturren Yeah - I’m collecting evidence that I’ve tried to reach out - CC will need that

    GoRuck: Lessons learned the hard way

    @rturren Why, on the grounds they were mislabeled? I think it’s a long shot unfortunately. Chargebacks aren’t what they used to be.

    Women’s question for workout shorts

    Are there any bike short style shorts and/or leggings you especially like for CrossFit that are comfortable without underwear? Or favorite shorts that have a built in brief? Can’t do g-string/thong bc of bacteria transfer (I’m at higher risk, it’s a personal thing). I generally wear Patagonia...

    @jaidee Are you also female?

    GoRuck: Lessons learned the hard way

    @jtr807 I can tell the shoes themselves are great. The problem is they made a mistake when they converted the male sizes to female sizes, and so when you buy based on female sizes you end up off by a full size. Then when you add in that they don’t respond to their customer service email or...

    @bburns4667 Yeah I mean for me it’s Nike Metcons, but the big thing there is they let you return within 60 days even if you’ve worked out in them. And that’s biggest thing for me - sometimes you just can’t tell that a shoe isn’t right until you’ve actually worked out in them.
