    @csh97 Yes. This one is tough. There are definitely people who just carry a lil extra there because of their body type but it also has to do with muscle, the posture or rotation of your pelvis and so much more

    @huffygal Ugh I hear this one all the time! I see these videos all over social media of like “do this lil arm circle workout for lean feminine arms” and it’s so frustrating cause if you wanna build muscle you gotta get lifting

    @davidmarks Holy cow 10000% this!! Unless you actually have an allergy or intolerance it’s not gonna 180 your life. Also most of the “swaps” are gross and don’t satisfy the craving anyway

I am curious as to what everyone’s like favorite one that’s been debunked but you still see everyone. Mine has to be anything that has to do with people that will talk about how the toxins in stuff...
