    @wintermint So many of the "I've been working out for a year and I look the exact same, what am I doing wrong" posts could've been prevented if OP prioritized eating enough (protein and/or calories) from the start.

    @hiskid8883 She never said health = weight. She said weight was strongly correlated to negative health outcomes. It's a statistics and long-term risk thing.

    @dawn16 I think the current url is sci-hub.tw, but you can always double-check what's currently being used on the Wikipedia page. You paste the URL or DOI, maybe do a captcha, and it usually gives you the PDF. Apparently it uses leaked/donated/bought accounts?

    @vlo Ferritin... is a different thing than iron, but helps our body store it? Therefore low ferritin leads to low iron, even if there's enough in your diet? Or does ferritin = iron?
