    @horncr07 Do you share your car with someone at all? My boyfriend is 9 inches taller than I am and all legs so we both have to do chair adjustments when we hop in. I’ve been hesitant to do this on mine because then he’ll be so far back his arms are totally straight.

    What is the core equivalent of walking, i.e. a natural motion you can just do more of to use those muscles without “exercises”?

    @called2 I have COVID right now and sore abs from coughing. 0/10 but at least I’m getting in an ab workout while I sleep all day every day for a week.

    @ninjapenguin Cellulose is in most whole food especially celery. It’s pretty safe as far as medical weight interventions. I’d almost classify it as a “supplement” more than a pharmaceutical.

    @kooper There’s a pill called Plenity that basically just fills your stomach with cellulose. Honestly I want a spray to temporarily kill my tastebuds. When I had COVID and couldn’t taste for a couple weeks it was really easy not to make bad decisions because I couldn’t taste those decisions.
