    @deelo00 The “clear” protein is easier to manage for sure. Isopure and several other brands have those clear whey blends which are the same or similar to the protein water or jello. shakes are too thick.🤢

    @bunnylightheart Have you increased how much you lift over that time? Do you count calories precisely? Do you build muscle easily? Have you gotten your comps measured? I’d recommend that first. If I feel stuck then I completely change up my approach. Try changing 1 thing for a week and see...

    Advice as a 24 y/o lifelong dieter

    @mj_1969 Veggies too. It’s a great strategy to try and eat 3/4 whole veggies and fruits for every meal. When I did that, I didn’t have to count calories.
