Anyone done PPL once a week with success?

@munni19 For sure I think 3-4 days is the max naturals should be doing if they are really training hard enough with the right intensity.

    Workout split PPL X Arnold

@jennywilliam Yeah you just said it better then I did. I agree with not needing 3 sets, 2 sets in different rep ranges is what I’ve been doing for a while now and found I’ve been getting the best progress with it on everything that I do. I’m destroyed after my 2nd set and feel like a 3rd set...

Interested to know what splits you guys are running with atm

@bogdanpnw Chest and arms Back and shoulders Legs Repeat with B variations I like training arms together and doing a 3 way split. I typically run it 3 on 1 off or if something pops up in life then I just take a rest day. I do like an Arnold split but I find it hard to do chest and back on...

Moving arms onto leg days does help hit them better you just got to be careful how you do it cause you can be pretty fatigued after training legs so doing arms straight after could be an issue, I occasionally run it as a leg movement then an arm...

My results from a low volume and frequency program (with measurements)

@angelica009 Ah that’s good. Yeah it’s a good split but it can take a lot out of you trying to do chest, back and shoulders in one day and legs and arms in another. I may give this a go soon after seeing your post.

My results from a low volume and frequency program (with measurements)

@angelica009 Nice progress man. I love this type of training. I’m currently on a torso limbs split 4x a week low volume and it’s been good but the sessions are getting a bit longer for my liking. How long do these sessions usually take you? I’ve been going backwards and forwards with changing...

Transitioning from 6 days a weeks to 3-4

@lolalou There’s a few you could do. Full body 3 times a week Upper lower full body You could do a upper lower split in a rotating pattern so Monday upper, Wednesday lower, Friday upper then the following week start with lower, Wednesday upper and Friday lower again and repeat that...

Can anyone recommend a decent bro-split template?

@william3 Great to hear it, I’m considering trying something like this, it sounds great for 4 days. Have you made any changes since your comment?Like swapped any exercises, added any in or added any extra sets?
