    @wreckingball667 It takes several tests to determine if you have low T. You need to get with your dr, because this isn’t something for the internet. That said, your levels are very low, especially given your age.

    @themartinfamily If your actual joints are aching, that can possibly be a sign of arthritis and/or carpel tunnel syndrome. Yes, even at your age. I’d try the suggestions here for electrolytes, hydration, and straps/hooks, but if you continue having issues, I highly suggest seeing a doctor.

    @dawn16 You’re one of the few nowadays that lists lying leg curls. We are on the same page there. I know studies show seated are more optimal, but for me personally, I connect much better the old fashioned way. I agree with pretty much this entire list.

    @themartinfamily Carpal tunnel can happen even at young ages, but that’s probably not a concern. Just saying. The easiest way to overcome this is use straps, or hooks, whenever your hands start to cramp.

    @lovein17 Anyone that doesn’t want their grip to be the limiting factor. I’ve always preached to only use them when you absolutely have to, as grip strength is important, but still, this is a bodybuilding sub. Building the actual muscles are more important than grip strength for bodybuilding...

    @mac64 Yup. Or carpal tunnel. Certainly something to keep an eye on. But, most likely it’s a more benign issue, like proper hydration/electrolyte balance.
