    I never tried L-Citrulline, but currently have been chugging beet juice 10 minutes before I go lift and the veins in forearms are simply phenomenal. I'm just wondering if anybody thinks that L-Citrulline would be even better? Thanks in advance. Edit ---this is what I take on the drive to gym...

    @jord1999 Do you take naps? You train a ton, and don't take roids... so just asking.... If not naps, do you at least lay down for 10 min and close your eyes? I think I feel refreshed after that. I got a yoga mat at work for the 10 min rest breaks.

    @jord1999 What do you mean by accessory? Is that like "I'm gonna do shrugs with 25 lb dumbells even though I could do 50 lb dumbells"

    @jord1999 Well I've been stuck at the current weight for so long I feel like. all my abs are visbile at that BF%, but still look sort of thin when I'm not pumped.... Too bad the pump doesn't stay all day long....

    @naomigabrielle Did you use a food diary to know you were in a caloric surplus? I don't do that so maybe it's a must that I do that since I've been stuck at 208 for a solid 5 weeks or something.

    @naomigabrielle Yea I agree with you, but I'm also 6'3" .. I think it's a bit different for short guys.... They can't eat the amount of calories tall people can and remain shredded

    @mlenadc Some days are different, but I'm trying to get in 4-6 eggs every day and a very big nutrient dense smoothie before noon.... Lunch is often oats with hemp seeds, raisins, and walnuts with 3 bananas... Dinner could be 1 of 4 meals I guess.... For the next few days it will be Chicken...

    @radicalmum Thanks Edgar-Allan-Pho.. How much you weigh if you don't mind me asking....I feel like guys that are like 5'6" have an advantage because they get to eat so much less calories and it isn't as much as a hindrance as it is to tall people

    Here's the calculator I used I'm 6'3" 14% BF and 208 lbs .. I'm excited to consume 1 dark chocolate bar a day. Here's the nutrition . I may increase testosterone as I hear as dark chocolate is good for that. Thanks in advance and have a nice day
