    I hate to say it…all of the pull-up advice on this sub is 100% correct

    @christian I've done negatives with bands, you can still feel it in the right muscles so it's definitely doing something to help build them up!

    How do you pump yourself up to go hard?

    @allthingsarebecomenew I figured out that whether I give it my all or no effort at all, the same amount of time passes that I'm at the gym. So I may as well go for it and get the best result out of my time
