    @joshua11212 My go to is get the 3lb frozen bag of tenderloin from Walmart + either salsa or a bottle or g Hughes bbq sauce and slow cook for 6 hours. My god it’s amazing.

    @joshua11212 Mine is Meal 1: 8 oz chicken tenderloin. 150 grams mushrooms, 224 grams of mixed vegetables Meal 2: 8 oz ground turkey, 3 eggs, sweet potatoe / potato, hot sauce Meal 3: oats, whey, peanut butter, chia seeds, cottage cheese, berries, stevia, almond milk.
