    @thebelovedofgod There's a fly machine I have been able to use once where the seat moves a bit while you do the movement. Best chest pump I ever had.

    @paigek91 Fair enough, personally I would put a rest day in after each PPL sequence. But if it's only been two weeks you can probably just stick with it for a bit and make changes if/when you feel you need to.

    @paigek91 Are you making consistent progress? If yes, keep at it. If no, try adding a rest day.

    @orthodox_christian Generally 2 in a workout, with an A/B for each day, so 3-4 per training week. Upper back and lats are counted separately. And sometimes a compound will count towards more than one thing.

    @chris77777 I would probably do: Legs 1, Torso, Arms & Shoulders, Rest, Legs 2, Upper, Rest Torso day would not include shoulders. Upper day would have fewer sets per muscle to avoid excessive volume. Legs 1 & Legs 2 would have different focuses (quads/hams).

    @kpmasonry AS far as I know, 1-2lbs per month is generally regarded as the limit. This guy apparently did equivalent of 3.55 in four weeks. So like 2x more than what is generally regarded as possible. Doesn't seem likely.

    @dawn16 I think this depends on how many lighter sets you do. to be honest it sounds like what you're describing is basically a single working set with a long warm up.
