    @jfls45 That seems crazy low. I'm 5'5" and my (personal) ideal weight is around 135. I only get pudgy around 150 (155 is my cutoff for normal vs overweight BMI).

    @giantgardener You could try swimming! It depends on your ankle injury and range of motion though. I tweaked my mostly-healed sprain by kicking too vigorously on Saturday.

    Consistently needing 9-10 hours sleep/night

    @holmie Are you eating enough, and getting enough water/electrolytes? Both fuel and sleep will help with recovery, but maybe your body is overcompensating with sleep when it needs something else.

    @gnosisontoast Yep, that's what I use! They also make an spf 15 body lotion that I use daily on my arms/legs.
