    @cssebowa The second class is Olympic Lifting offered once a week. I have no desired to repeat the same WOD in one day.

    @tsgaines Thank you. Yes, I’m using my “Garmin coach” and started training Jan 1. Added in CrossFit Feb 1. And do it on my rest days as well.
