Focus on YOUR workouts, YOUR programming, YOUR progress, and what YOUR coaches are telling you you should work on...

    @catherineone I had the same issue while trying to maintain my CrossFit volume during residency. For me, the bottom line was that a full day’s work (including my workout) exceeded what my body could recover from at the time. Sleeping more helped me a bit, but also scaling workouts when needed...
