    @musicforerunner I ended up doing it this morning. I used the training bar with 15s and it felt good but the burpees are what did me in. After my 4th round I struggled.

    @musicforerunner What would you recommend for females doing the scaled variation? How should they load the bar since it’s only 45lb?
