    @hurrix A couple hundred is a lot imo! Shit, I would be happy with a 100-calorie increase. That's an extra (petite girl) snack.

    @johnjs37 I have a low TDEE and I find it frustrating. Apparently you can raise your TDEE by increasing your lean body mass but I find that so daunting.

    @doey26 I lost 25 pounds and went from a 36D to a 34B. The loss in breast size didn't happen until near the end of my weight loss journey. As for you - it really depends how much of your breast tissue is fat as opposed to dense tissue. Getting to a B/C cup is quite the drop from where you are...

    5'2" F 1600-1700 calories + some walking ?

    @irishamerican4christ 1600-1700 is maintenance for me at 5'1" // 113 lbs. // lightly active. Like others are saying it really depends on your body mass if this is low enough for weight loss.

    @chaplain777 Kale. No thanks. Non-fat Greek yogurt. I bought this as my first foray into Greek yogurt and liked it. Until I accidentally bought the 2% fat version on my last grocery run. Now I refuse to go back (unless it's vanilla flavored, then can eat the non-fat version).

    @presbyman Ah same. The goopy texture puts me off so bad. I like the nice crunch crunch instead.
