@lebom More rep. You need volume, then you can add weight.
For anyone doing only 3 pull up I'd do 6-8 with elastic band instead.

@kasele Well yeah, 8-10 is in the 6+ region and that's where I started adding weight.
Personally took me forever to get to 15 and adding weight was part of the solution.

@notmyname Weighted pull ups are the best way to increase number when you get in the 6+ region.
But at 5, you probably need to train them more often.
