    @jayaraj Hey man, I was wondering the same. For me, I feel alot of pain in the neck area (bad posture may contribute to that), so I dont squat at all. But my legs are enormous, without sounding to self-loving. :D So in conclusion, I dont think suqats are needed. Tho Tom Platz swears on Squats.

    @sugarcookies I wanna know, how this hypertrophy system works, since it doesnt work for me, as I said i got good results with my method, i was just wondering why so many ppl say, hypertrophy is key or something like that

    @sisi if the burning is lactic acid, how do I know I really hit the muscle? I usually Rep the weight until it feels like my muscle is about to rip off.

    Hypertrophy means 3x12 or 6-8 Reps and is supposed to be the best rep count for muscle growth. But I do not really feel my muscles burning after like 6-8 Reps. Now you would say, put on more weight. Makes sense, but with more weight, I feel like uncomfortable joint pain or the tendon hurt...
