    @onegodforme65 The RR is great my friend. 3x's a week. I didn't incorporate any running. Just tried to live an active lifestyle. A couple long walks here or there, hiking a bit on the weekends, skating. Stuff like that. Here's my first post after 6 months...

    @jaygrantmusic 3 days a week always. Kept the intensity at 80% so I wouldn't fatigue. No ego, used bands and just tried to put in the work each session.

    @pyrhonn I don’t count. I workout 3-5x’s a week and I try to eat clean 80% of the time and I cook my own food. I roughly track my protein

    @strayan123 i don’t worry too much about macros. just calories in, calories out for the last 60 days. i try to hit at least 100g protein but i don’t overthink it
