    @dhsmith9ii I'd say just stay away from processed food as much as you can and keep working at it. Don't let yourself get in your head regarding macros. Just put in the work and eat clean. Tofu, salads, tacos, curries, are all your friend.

    @nicocia breakfast: 2 eggs, 1/4 egg white carton, half avocado, hemp seeds, mustard, dave’s bread seed lunch: protein oats, raspberry, hemp seeds, flax, cacao, honey dinner: salad bag + 2 jumbo sausage patties or block of tofu snack: roasted seaweed, 1c croutons, protein shake 120g protein

    @salminen77 Yeah I really wish it was for one of the many moral reasons but honestly it’s completely self serving. Anyone looking to start should just try replacing one meal, and make it great! I started with homemade veg burritos with fun extras like guac and tater tots.

    @robenia The explosive push-up is really just a note on the tempo of the concentric. basically pull as hard and as fast as you can with the goal that you’re hips to bar. Then make sure you come down slow and controlled on the eccentric. Don’t want to be banging your joints.
